Agents do the work. It still doesn’t look AI-made.

I build websites and applications for Swiss clients, and AI agents do most of the work. You cannot tell from the results. In these ninety minutes I show how that team is built and which rules keep the machine default from ever reaching a client.

Ninety minutes

19.00

The test

Two versions of the same client page side by side, one straight out of the model, one shipped. You vote in the chat on which is which. Then the reveal, and what gave it away.

19.10

The team

Who does what in my setup. One instance that decides and never builds. Cheap workers that build and never decide. A judge on a different model family for anything hard to reverse. Reviewers that look at rendered pixels rather than at code. The part that matters is not the tooling, it is which decisions no agent is allowed to make.

19.30

Where the machine default gets in

Four places, each with a real example from my own work: the language patterns, the design defaults, the invented fact, and the plausible-sounding review that nobody ever checked.

19.50

The gates

The rules I wrote against each one, and what every one of them cost me to learn. Not a config file to copy but the reasoning: what I ban outright, what an agent has to prove, and where I simply stopped delegating.

20.05

Live

One real task, briefed from the chat and run on my screen through to a finished page. It is allowed to fail: you see a gate reject something, and then the fix.

20.20

What I would and would not copy

Honest advice on which parts of this are worth building for a team of five and which are not worth the maintenance. Questions.

Who it is for

Anyone shipping work with AI where the result gets judged: independents, marketing and communications, design, development, agency people. You do not need to code to follow it.

What you do not need

No preparation, no project of your own, no camera. This is not a workshop. I demonstrate and advise, on my own material. We do not work on your things. Listening and asking in the chat is enough.

Registration

Your name and email are enough. You get the link to join straight away, together with the WhatsApp group where the reminder and the summary afterwards go. The invoice over CHF 29 comes separately.

If you cannot make it after all, tell me and I cancel the invoice. No reason needed.

Who is teaching it

Ramona Furter, smedium, Zurich. I build websites and applications for small Swiss companies and advise larger ones on bringing AI into their work. What I show has been running in paid client projects for months.
